Polymer Resin Mold Release Agent for Car Battery Cover Low Odor Easy to Apply LubeKote 9213
Application Field:
LubeKote 9213 is a polymer resin, a mixture of non-chlorinated organic solvents. It provides a long-lasting film layer that provides good release and lubrication each time without contaminating the product surface.
LubeKote 9213's polymer resin reacts with water. Make sure the can (package) is repackaged after use. LubeKote 6213 is ready to use without shaking or mixing. Do not mix with other products or solvents.

Application:
The mold should be thoroughly cleaned.
Mold cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.
1. Apply Lubekote release agent to clean, dry cotton cloth.
2. Gently wipe over mold surface covering an area of approximately 0,5 m². Vigorous rubbing or polishing is not required.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on the adjacent area. Ensure a good overlap with the previous area to provide complete coverage
4. Repeat until mold is completely coated.
5. When dry, allow a further 15 minutes between coats for the film to cure.
6. Repeat Steps 1- 5 above for a further 3 coats (4 in total).
7. When dry, allow final film to cure for at least 30 minutes at room temperature before molding. Allowing a longer cure or heat curing (e.g. 15 min. at 60 °C) will improve film durability
Reapply one coat of Lubekote release agent in the same way as described above when release becomes hesitant.
